March was a strange month. I was desperately waiting for spring each day, and while there were some nicer days, it still felt like winter most of the time. It was cold and snowing or raining (on warmer days) and every time I looked at photos from the last year, I wondered what's wrong, like are we trapped in a time hole or in 'Game of Thrones' or something like that? Fortunately, the last week was waaaaay better and it finally started to feel like spring. No winter temperatures anymore and the first blossoms started to bloom ^.^! Since I haven't posted anything...

Only 10 weeks left!!! That doesn't really sound that long anymore, but on the other hands it's still more than two months until our baby will be here. We already got all the most important things and prepared most of the baby room, but there's still much more we need. I ordered a lot of things for Baby Flynn online, like the co-sleeping bed or baby buggy, because we both don't have a car, but also some smaller things as well. So recently I received a lot of parcels and with that amazing wonderlands for the cats - boxes. I just don't...

The weather in March was beautiful, no comparison at all as to what we had last year. I can't remember that we had such a perfect spring in long time. It was warm (up to 24°C on several days) and always sunny. I really can't remember any spring at all in the last years, the weather always changed right from snow to heat. April is a little bit different now, but it stays true to its name: The weather changes from sunny to cloudy to rain to hail to storm every five minutes. You can't really trust the weather forecast at all...

And last but not least here are some photos from our visit to Haus des Meeres in Vienna. It's a zoo mostly consisting of aquariums, terrariums and also natural designed rooms with free running little monkeys and free flying birds. When I think back to my first visit around 9 years ago, I didn't like it at all, because it was unattractive and the air was bad. When I visited it again two years ago with my sister, so much had changed and it was really great to visit. And this time there was even more to see. All in all I...

On another day we visited the Botanical Garden in Vienna. It was such a nice sunny day and I really enjoy walking through the garden and look at so many different plants, trees and flowers from all over the world. Once again I had the opportunity to test out my still fairly new camera and was rewarded with some beautiful shots of flowers, bees, some butterflies (again ^_^°) and even birds. I can only say I love my camera and it was one of the best decisions and buys I made this year. Even if it's not as good as professional...

While my father stayed here in Vienna, on the second day we went to the inner city to get something nice to eat at Maredo and to take a walk. While we were walking around kinda aimlessly we discovered the Schmetterlinghaus (Butterfly House) and thought we should take a look inside. There were so many beautiful butterflies, and I could take a lot of great photos as you can see below. It was just kinda hot, so we decided to leave after a short time. I even found one freshly hatched butterfly, which you can also see in my photos. What...

Okay, these are the last photos I took in Hannover. The weather hasn't been the best on that day, but we took a nice walk around the nearby meadows just in between Bothfeld and Lahe. You'll quickly notice why I love my hometown so much: Everything is so amazing green and the world looks kinda peaceful! ...

Here are some photos, which I took while I was in Hannover. Tiggy (Tiger) is my family's cat. He is male and also older, biiiiigger and heaviiiier than my two balls of fluff and mischief. He's also way more moody, at least it seems so to me. But he is cute nevertheless! I was lucky that I got a lot of nice shots of him in the garden and also took some nature pictures. ...
